Dieter Bogner is member of the Board of Trustees of the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York. The museum erected a new structure on one of the most famous historical streets in Manhattan, the Bowery. As part of the Building Committee, Bogner was involved in the selection of the architectural team - SANAA (Kazuyo Sejima/Ryue Nishizawa, Tokyo) - as well as the museological planning.
With a utilisation area of approximately 6,000 sq m, New York’s leading museum of contemporary art is doubling its functional space.
