In 1942 Frederick Kiesler was invited by the collector Peggy Guggenheim to design the Gallery 'Art of This Century' in New York. He developed an extraordinary design that presented radical new ways for exhibition design by producing impressive connections between architecture and art.
The exhibition in Venice showed numerous archive material, consisting of sketches, fotos, letters, catalogues and clippings. The interactive presentation of the material based on an installation, which allows a compact presentation of about 200 objects on smallest space. It was designed for the Museum of Modern Art Frankfurt by casino.container, Köln.
