The city of Krems is planning to reorganise the municipal museum landscape within the culture and museum scene of Krems. bogner.cc has been commissioned to draw up a strategic plan. By analysing the current sites of Krems’ museums and their programmes, surveying current and future cultural offerings, projects and developments influencing the museum landscape, and demonstrating open niches and as yet unexploited options, the aim is to develop a preliminary concept that lays the foundations for strategic cultural policy-making decisions. On this basis, the aim is to draw up a detailed concept and to elaborate sub-projects in greater detail in a second step.
